Divinity Baby: Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Divinity Baby! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns:

  • You may return most items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be refunded.
  • Please note that certain items, such as gift cards, personalized products, and perishable goods, may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [your email address] or visit our store to request a return authorization number (RAN).
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging with the RAN clearly marked on the outside.
  3. We recommend insuring your return shipment for your protection.
  4. Return the item to the address provided on your RAN confirmation.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return procedure as above and make a new purchase for the desired item.

Warranty:

All Divinity Baby products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product packaging or manufacturer’s website for specific warranty details.
